Exel Digital provides PR and influencer marketing services including campaign strategy, creator outreach, content coordination, and performance reporting. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon separately through a signed service agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Exel Digital or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
4. Client Content & Confidentiality
Any materials, briefs, or campaign data shared by clients with Exel Digital will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver agreed services, or as required by law. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets provided to us.
5. Creator & Influencer Relationships
Exel Digital acts as an intermediary between brands and content creators. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as reach, engagement rates, or sales conversions, as creator performance is subject to platform algorithms and audience behaviour outside our control.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to a service charge. Exel Digital reserves the right to pause or terminate campaigns where payment obligations are not met.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exel Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
